Get a cect scan of thorax abdomen and pelvis..
If she is having obstruction (not able to eat, pain and vomiting) then will require immediate surgery.. else can wait till ct scan report and then plan surgery..

Obstruction implies not able to pass stools/flatus/both freely. It is an emergency if it is complete obstruction, if it is partial obstruction then it needs urgent treatment. CT needs to be done to rule out the spread of cancer to other organs. Needs Surgical intervention at the earliest.
