Doctor gave me this tablet when I went for consultation for Costochondritis Pantocid 1-0-1 (Before Food) Hifenac P 1-0-1 (After Food) Is that above tablet is  ok for Costochondritis (Center Chest Bone Pain & Upper Back Pain)

Fever,cold,cough,sore throat, headache,body ache from yesterday.taken p 650,becosule, azithromycin and montair LC.body temp 99.6 to 101.2.bp 122/84,pulse rate 137/min

Daughter 2 years old having fever 100+ med by doctor given maxtra, maflagensic P, cepodum, azithral 200 syrup. Still fever repeats after 6-7 hours and food intake is very less and even milk intake is also less. Please suggest.
