Dolo dose is correct.Meftal P dose is can be increased upto 3.5ml every 8 hours maximum. Better to meet a pediatrician as fever is high. Child may need tests also. is the child playful after fever stops? Is he eating any food?

Give Dolo every 6 hours whether fever comes or not. 1.5 ml of Dolo 100 is the correct dose. If fever comes, give 2.5 ml of Meftal P. Most of the time, fever is viral in origin and goes by itself. If the baby is dull, lethargic, not eating or drinking anything, breathing difficulty, loose motion, vomiting, distressing cough, burning micturition, do consult with me.
