Hello Doctor, My son age is 2 years. Yesterday he's playing with water and water went into his nose. From then he has runny nose. Today he's having fever from evening like from 1 hour = 100° F . What to use for runny nose ? For fever p 250.

Was diagnosed with gastritis last week and given medicines by the doctor. Medicines were over but I am still not feeling well. Upper abdomen is distended and hurts on the left side.
