I am medical student 2015 batch...i have my entrance exam in 2 months and i sleep a lot becoz of work n tiredness and i was on armodafinil ...since few months so i need one prescription

Going through extreme fatigue and stress due to work. This situation is temporary due to resources crunch. Can I take drugs like armodafinil to keep up with the pace.

Doctor,I am taking methylphenidate immediate release 30 mg per day in three divided doses for ADHD.I got tolerance to drug.I want to take drugholiday for 2 weeks.can i use armodafinil during methylphenidate drug holiday to become symptom relief at office timings.By doing so can i get reverse tolerance to methylphenidate.Or do i need to abstain from every stimulant(armodafinil) also.please help me by your precious answer

Which Psychiatric Stimulant Medicines also helps in relieving anxiety. Example of stimulant medicines are Modafinil, armodafinil, Amphetamines etc. This medicines are very useful in psychiatry but there is weak point about these medicines that is they increase anxiety. Which is the best medicine to manage severe fatigue caused by sleep apnea? I've been using CPAP since 4 years but still struggling with constant sleepiness, tiredness and lack of energy. I have consulted sleep experts, psychiatrist, ent  but none helped to combat my fatigue. I have tried Modafinil and Armodafinil, which have helped me, but I experience a worsening slump effect once the medication wears off.

Doctor said i after taken brain MRI AND EEGi don't have any issues in brain. I have ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDER DUE to pshyological issues. My doc increased the dose of armodafinil (waklert) 50 to 100 mg after i told her that i felt sleepy from taking 50mg. Its been a while,i aint able to contact her. I feel sleepy n lethargic now,even though i take waklert 100 mg. I think ive developed tolerence to it. Should i increase it to 150 mg?because this lethargy and drowsiness affects my daily work n studies. Im not insomniac,just that i sleep late at night,take waklert at 8am,go back to sleep and get up at around 11am,but for the next 1 month,untill exams,i really need to study instead of being lethargic.i feel drowsier during the day than at night.
