Methylphenidate reverse tolerance

Asked for Male, 31 Years

Doctor,I am taking methylphenidate immediate release 30 mg per day in three divided doses for ADHD.I got tolerance to drug.I want to take drugholiday for 2 weeks.can i use armodafinil during methylphenidate drug holiday to become symptom relief at office timings.By doing so can i get reverse tolerance to methylphenidate.Or do i need to abstain from every stimulant(armodafinil) also.please help me by your precious answer
