I have sleep anxiety depression and concentration problem?
I met a doctor and asked doctor to prescribed escitalopram methylphenidate and agomelatine for sleep and depression anxiety and concentration problem
Is there any drug interaction
Did I asked right medicines
Any additional information?

Rather than you making the choice, it would have been wiser to state your symptoms, if needed have a psychometric testing and let an astute psychiatrist decide on the medications. This combination does not seem to have significant interactions. Good luck

Most of the times each symptom doesn’t need a separate medication. All three could have been addressed with a single drug if the cause might be one which can be concluded after detailed evaluation.
