I have sleep anxiety depression and concentration problem? I met a doctor and asked doctor to prescribed escitalopram methylphenidate and agomelatine for sleep and depression anxiety and concentration problem Is there any drug interaction Did I asked right medicines Any additional information?

Rather than you making the choice, it would have been wiser to state your symptoms, if needed have a psychometric testing and let an astute psychiatrist decide on the medications. This combination does not seem to have significant interactions. Good luck

Most of the times each symptom doesn’t need a separate medication. All three could have been addressed with a single drug if the cause might be one which can be concluded after detailed evaluation. There might not be significant drug interactions between these drugs but it might not be advisable to all patients.
