I have been suffering from depression for the past one year almost causing lack of sleep and anxiety.

-Signs of depression: Persistent low mood Decreased energy or easily getting tired Lack of interest in previously pleasurable activities Decreased sleep or disturbed sleep Decreased or increased weight and/or appetite Poor social interaction foll these symptoms Death wishes -anxiety and depression often go hand in hand - consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and treatment
