Hello Doctor, Am suffering from general Anxiety Disorder and Depression, due to sexual dysfunction i stopped medicines, now my wife is pregnant and i want to continue Escitalopram 20mg and pregablin 75mg

Generalised Anxiety Disorder will definitely respond to SSRI like ESCITALOPRAM but pregabalin can be avoided , probably you had depression so you were given 20 mg ESCITALOPRAM but for anxiety you will only need smaller doses

pls meet a psychiatrist ,you can also ask doctors opinion on starting votrioxetine which has negligible Sexual side effects

don't worry meet a psychiatrist and start SSRI in low doses and adjust dose as per ur symptoms as adviced by psychiatrist,start Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and some physical activities
