My vitamin d level is 49.can i take vit d3 60000 iu once per week for 2 weeks as prescribed by my orthopaedician along with calcium tablets for bone density. 1. Does.taking vit d3 (twice a week) at level of 49 result in overdose? or 2. Is it ok to take calcium supplement without vitamin d?

1 month before I tested my D3 and was 9.8 doctor prescribed D3 60000 cap. twice a week and in the 2nd week I have back pain after taking D3. Doctor recommended D3 once a week. Now, I have already taken 8 D3 capsules in a months but still there is pain in my back. Kindly suggest. Kindly also suggest can I retest my D3 after completion of 1 month or should i wait?

My father got corona 20 days back now he is ok his age is 68. Doctor suggested vitamin d3 weekly once. By taking that tablet he is feeling vomiting motions weakness not to eat also is it a serious problem or any solution is there for this problem

Hi. My vit d3 levels were 36 in January 2022. Without any d3 supplements or change in diet, my d3 levels right now I.e August 2022 are at 81. How is it possible that d3 levels increased so much without any action on my part. Is it normal or an error in lab testing? Thanks
