In 2015 doctor recommended me ( HSV ) 1+2 antibodies panel, igG & igM serum test, result 0.90 non reactive 0.90 -1.10 equivocal 1.10 Reactive Doctor told me to take T. Acyclovir tablet for 10days ,now 3years over so should i need to retest blood again? few months back i checked HIV test it was non - reactive so now what i should to do ? should i need to consult sexoligst or any other doctor bec in 2015 i consulted a ( urology )

I was recently diagnosed with herpes and I thought it was going away, about a week ago the blister became an ulcer and about 3 days ago it stopped hurting to urinate and the ulcer was less sore. I've had a look at it today to see if it is nearly gone and the lesion is smaller, however it has gone white again. Is it likely that it is now scabbing as it is in a moist area and could be appearing white? Or is the herpes coming back again? I took 7 days of acyclovir from last monday(27th - 4th)

I had protected sex two weeks ago and the condom didnt break... a week later i had an itch below the head of my penile shaft... i showed it to the doctor he prescribed herparax(acyclovir) ointment not its gone I have flu like symptoms (fever, sweating, cough- almost gone) for 5-6 days and now and im worried if it is hiv Should i get tested? Do i have a risk of being infected with hiv?

I have a peculiar problem that Doctors keep diagnosing as acne but IMHO it's clearly not. I have had some acne on my cheek as a teenager and not in my adulthood. I once drank beer from someone else glass mistakenly and passed out at a bar. In a few days, I got a cold sore on my lip. And then a couple of weeks later another one. I was continously put on Acyclovir for a few weeks. Since I was facing irritation on my scalp, I was taken off Acyclovir.  Then a few weeks later I started getting boils on the bridge of my nose. It was absolutely relentless - they kept moving at the rate of atleast one every alternate day. I was getting some inside my nose as well. I was put on doxycline 100 mg for 3 months. It appeared like it was working. Once I was taken off the medication, the boils started coming back - again all on the bridge of my nose. I was put on Accutane/Isotretinoin for 6 months. 3 months after I was taken off, they boils began to return. Can someone please advice what can be done?

Hello doctor, In the month of October I experienced pus release from penis and pain inside the penis. I took Ciprofloxacin 500mg and this cleared and again same thing appeared again and i took the same tablet and again it got cleared. In the month of December, red mark appeared on glan of penis. With this condition i had unprotected intercourse. Immediately next day many ulcers appeared, they were very painful and swelling. I consulted dermatologist he advised to take acyclovir 400mg thrice a day for seven days and asked to apply fusidic acid cream twice a day. After taking this blisters cleared. But now they are appearing very frequently and when I met doctor, he said it has become recurrant and asked me to follow the same medicines. Now during recurrance, additionally I'm experiencing continues intolerant burning inside the penis. After taking acyclovir blisters will clear but not the burning. There is a White patch with red bruises on penis glans .. it's painful & sensitive.. tasted positive for HSV few weeks back .. taking acyclovir for a month .. no blister ,no discharge,  nothing... But the spot is sensitive .. have applied lulifin cream (as prescribed) for 5 days... Still no improvement During erection the spot becomes bloody red & painful.. what to do now?

I've been suffering from cold sores on my inner thighs since 5 months. The breakouts occur before my menstruation cycle and continues few days after the cycle is over. I've been put on 4months course of Acyclovir 400mg (Herperax)-twice a day. But it seems to have no effect on my breakouts. Its already been 2 months since the course. Please suggest something to cure/prevent the breakout or ease the pain over the area.
