Hi It's been 3 weeks since I'm suffering from cough and sore throat. Now I don't have sore throat. Dry cough in night and yellow mucus in morning. In the beginning I had only dry cough for which Dr prescribed me to take glencoff dx syrup and some antibiotics bt cough still persisted. I again took medicine bt still didn't recover. Now sometimes when I cough, I cough so hard and continously I feel suffocated and breathlessness like I'm gonna die. Today I visited nearby hospital. Dr suggested me to do chest x-ray, and some tests like CBC, ESR, TSH and blood sugar test. And prescribed me to take amoxycillin and potassium clavulanate, levocitrizine, abiways 200 SR and prednisolone dispersible tablets. Is prednisolone tablets safe to take as it is a strong steroid. I have attached my chest x-ray report.

I pulled my left testicle by mistake before a month ago and from that day, I'm feeling dull pain in my groin inguinal region and testicle in left side. Whenever I sit for a long time and stands up, I feel like something stretching my groin and testicle. Pain not continue everytime. It feels only when I sit and stand up are bend my body for a long and then straight. My ULTRASOUND, URINE AND BLOOD TEST ARE NORMAL. Done so may medications such as Amoxycillin, Ofloxacin etc. And 5 days ago, I consulted a Urologist physically. He said I have Nurotic pain and it take maybe 2 to 3 years to go away. He said avoid bike for 20 days and take Pregabalin Nortriptyline Hydrochloride one time at night for 10 days. Wear supporter or brief. Is really it take 2 to 3 years? And will the pain subside or will it remain the same in this duration? Is any good medicine available in ayurveda?

NOW RELEIF IN WORM AND  STOMACH ACHE .BUT FROM LAST 7 DAYS DRY COUGH ISSUE STARTED AGAIN

Sir I am suffering from getting lightly phlegm in my throat from 4 months. Meanwhile, at the beginning days of corona virus lockdown, I used to place the tissue papers in between the kerchief and my nose at my duty for 2 days. I replaced this tissue paper at every 2 or 3 hours.Then The third day I had chest pain, throat pain and getting more and continuous phlegm than before. From that moment I never used tissue paper, But I am getting more  phlegm continuously.So I went to two  medical shops one after one. I did not not finding any cure. they gave medicines respectively [ Amoxycillin 500 - 02 No, Intase /incoff forte - don't know the name exactly sir - 02 No, may be it's incoff Histan B - 02 No] { Kuffdryl - 04 No Amorax 500 - 04 No } Except the starting two days, till now I don't have chest pain, throat pain, sneezes, running nose. Only I am getting more phlegm and sometimes cough. I need to go to spit it out at every 1 minute.That phlegm is not a thick and not in green.please

Hi myself Pradeep 32 yr old.. Am suffering from chronic erosive gastritis since 1. 1/2 year.. getting epigastric pain and can't tolerate the hungry.. intially I took treatment from gastroenterologist he advised to take pantaprazole for one month after symptoms did not reduced..then I took endoscopy it was erosive gastritis and duodinitis.. Then doctor advised me to take hp kit for 14 days followed by tab-sompraz 40 for 2 months but no use.. Then he advised medicine for one month Deltone 60 mg and Eldicet tab.. Even after no relief .. Then I consult other Gastroenterologist,Then I took one more endoscopy with biopsy.. It came chronic erosive active gastritis.. He advised h pylori- Amoxycillin, clarithromycin, and esomaprazole for 14 days.. Folloowed by Deltone for 2 months.. But still am feeling same issue.. And am on strict diet.. Please give me proper treatment..

This started after eating outside food one night. All friends who ate with me, also had upset stomach, but for me it was slow and more intense. Had to visit toilet within 2-3 hours of eating food, 3 a day, and stool seemed to contain undigested food, and was little dark and slightly foamy. On suggestion of a friend (radiologist) took omeprazole, which reduced a bit, but anything other than curd rice or stopping medicine, brought back symptoms. He suggested a doctor visit, but meantime doubted h.pylori and asked me to take lansoprazole 30mg, clarithromycin 250mg, and amoxycillin 500mg therapy a week. This helped reduce symptoms a lot, and stool is regular (once a day, in morning). But, having very loose & watery stool, dark in color and undigested material

Hello,my daughter is 20 months old. She is very active but is underweight. She didnt have motherfeed because her mother not able to generate. When she is one month old she was diagnosed with mild hydronephrosys,for which we had taken treatment from pgi chandigarh. We gave her amoxycillin which we had withdraw recently only. We didnt able to go to routine chkup due to covid. Her las report shown gud improvement. She didnot eat her meals well as her mother usually take an hour to complete her meal. Although we gave her quite healthy things like oats, daliya, halwa, fruits, healthy vegetavles etc. My daughter drinks plenty of water in whole day too.. My concern is why she is so much under weight compared to children of her ages.her height is growing decently well. her hb is around 11. Doctor has recommended us to give her 5ml iron twice daily. She is currently weighs 8 kg only and we are very much concerned about this.

My mother has high fever from last 4-5 days ..today is 5th day Fever - 101-103 Tests Done - Dengue/Typhoid/Liver/Malaria All Negative Haemogram :- Platelets - 1.33 lac Rest all ok .. Medicines she has been taking from last 4 days 1) Dolo 650 mg 2) Allegra 120mg ( 2 Days ) 3) Moxikind 500 ( Amoxycillin ) from last 2 days 4) Cefolac AZ 500 ( 3 days ) Discontinued 5) Pantosec DSR for Acidity 6) Torex SF ( for throat ) now NO coughing or sore throat No reduction in fever ...what can be the possible cause ? When she takes Dolo fever comes down for 2 hours ...again after 2-3 hours fever is back Dont know what to do ..Plz guide

Hello Doctors, Please help me with your inputs My baby girl is suffering from fever since yesterday morning. Fever level is 101- 103+ , today evening it is 104. Consulted doctor yesterday morning itself and he prescribed following medication: Anti-biotic: Clamp-kid forte(Amoxycillin & Potassium Clavulanate oral ) (5ml - 5ml) from yesterday morning (21/08/2017) fever : mefnice-forte-DS (Mefenamic Acid & paracetamol) (5ml - 5ml - 5ml) yesterday morning fever level: 101 - 103 contiusiouly coming Blood test Reports are here : Neutrophils : 73% Lymphocyte : 20% Monocytes : 1% Salmonella typhi O : 1:80 Salmonella typhi H : 1:80 Salmonella typhi AH : 1:20% Salmonella typhi BH : 1:20% Docotor suggested wait for one more day to start medication for typhoid I would like to know whether it is severe or not ? Are there any typhoid symptoms? Is it better to admit her in hospital instead of clinic in case if it is typhoid. She is taking food Any suggestions would be really helpful?

But, having very loose & watery stool, dark in color and undigested material Week 3. Gasteroenterolgist here on practo suggested to stop all h pylori medicine, take tab satrogylO 1 tab twice daily after food for 3 days. No loose stools. Otherwise, no impact Currently, no medicines, stool is twice a day, has undigested food, mucous, slightly foamy & dark. Spicy food makes stool loose & more frequent for couple of days
