High fever 4 year old kid,is it typhpid
Hello Doctors, Please help me with your inputs My baby girl is suffering from fever since yesterday morning. Fever level is 101- 103+ , today evening it is 104. Consulted doctor yesterday morning itself and he prescribed following medication: Anti-biotic: Clamp-kid forte(Amoxycillin & Potassium Clavulanate oral ) (5ml - 5ml) from yesterday morning (21/08/2017) fever : mefnice-forte-DS (Mefenamic Acid & paracetamol) (5ml - 5ml - 5ml) yesterday morning fever level: 101 - 103 contiusiouly coming Blood test Reports are here : Neutrophils : 73% Lymphocyte : 20% Monocytes : 1% Salmonella typhi O : 1:80 Salmonella typhi H : 1:80 Salmonella typhi AH : 1:20% Salmonella typhi BH : 1:20% Docotor suggested wait for one more day to start medication for typhoid I would like to know whether it is severe or not ? Are there any typhoid symptoms? Is it better to admit her in hospital instead of clinic in case if it is typhoid. She is taking food Any suggestions would be really helpful?

It's too early for blood tests to reflect typhoid. Most likely to be viral fever. Continue the meds,admit IF child is very dull and not eating at all.
