Hi I visited our paediatrician yesterday he is having nearly 35years of experience,my baby is having cold cough and nose blockage and chest congestion too, doctor suggested corex dx cold cough, zyrcold for cold and odoxil dt 250(1/4th tab crush and mix with water) dexonate tab (1/2 crush and mix with water) can you please how much water can I use my baby is 3 months old, and corex dx is safe( it's alcohol free) Many doctors don't suggest this syrup so I am bit skeptical about corex( may I know your it's not suggest by other doctors)

I was earlier taking medicine- Glimestar PM1 by Mankind Pharma contains Glimepiride (1mg)+ Metformin (500mg)+ Pioglitazone (15mg) and have recently been prescribed istament dx-r 1000 contains Dapagliflozin (10mg)+ Metformin (1000mg)+ Sitagliptin (100mg)... Please can you suggest which is a better drug when compared to efficacy and less  side effects

Hi I m lactating mother my baby has completed 6 months. Since two days I m (mother) is suffering with cold and cough . For cough I took alkof dx Syrup is it safe to take.

From Sunday i am facing some health problems like fever, cough, little bit throat pain, and i am taken some medicine like Alkof dx, ibuprofen 400 tablets, cefix 200, movexx plus tables but problem is still there and i am taking steam regularly and i don't have breathing problems ..please let me know is it viral fever or covid 19?

I am female & 70 years of age. I've been diagnosed wlth 6 mm gallstone & common bile duct expanded from 3mm to 8mm within 14 months, all verified with multiple ultrasound & MRICP images. I've had intermitant sharp abdominal pain & huge bloating. Why has the surgeon postpone lap-chole for over 11 months?

A week before it started with dry cough and after waiting for 2 days we started with Alkof-Dx 3 times x 2 days after that 2 times x 3 days - 5ml dose. Now, the dry cough converted to coughing where white phlegm coughed out intermittently and mostly it happens during night time. Also, she has running and blocked nose.

I'm on SSDI for physical & mental illness. I'm going through a review and having to fight to keep my disability. I haven't seen a therapist in a years, so I don't have a "current" diagnosis. I get my meds from GP and can't afford weekly/monthly appts with a psych doc. So my question is: Do psych docs ever do just an evaluation and/or diagnosis? Is that something I can call and ask for? Or will they only see me for treatment? Idk if this is common or weird, lol.
