Good evening, I have sleeping problem. went to sleep immediately after going to the bed but after some time around 3/4am waking up so many thoughts not getting sleep because lot of thoughts. Suggestions please.

1. feeling like i have food stuck in my throat or like i am choking or my throat is tight. - i think its acid reflux so taking pentaprazole from last 3 days but still not recovered. 2. itching in arms , around eyes, legs - no sign of rashes- happened yesterday - too Atarax- now its recovered 3. pain in the feet only while walking like sores

Problem 1: when I stand up, I feel dizzy and my vision is blurred. Problem 2: after I run for a while for a short distance, I feel nauseous, lightheaded and breathless. Problem 3: my hands are usually cold and clammy during exercise

Its been now almost 3 months only right side jaw or ear clicking or poping a kat kat like noise whenever i open little bit wide the noise come if opening little bit while eating no sound but yeah no pain till dentist say it will go but not gone please tell me docs how to get rid of this completly dentist checked me no bad bite nightguardsnothelping
