My mother has knee issues and pain. Having pain and can't walk properly. Need suggestions and latest knee xray reports attached for further advice from the medical team.

What to do if HLB 27 is positive but ESR , RA ,ANA and ANF is NEGATIVE. Cholesterol is 235 mg/dl. What should i do next?

For some days I was experiencing  a pain in my spine while straining and squeezing.. Xray report  of spine shows "few small anterior osteophytes noted with reduced iv disc space" what is this ..It also says degenerative changes in spine.. kindly tell what to do now.

My HLA B27 test is borderline positive, whereas the other tests are negative. Chronic knee pain and recent mild finger joint pains. Please tell me if I have some autoimmune disorder?

I had done blood test 6 months before and my Anti nuclear antibody was 3.4,Anti TPO was 374,TSH was 13, then I was taking medicine for 4 months and I suddenly stopped thinking I am alright.Now after 2 month I have started taking thyroid medicine as my tsh increased to 6 again.But not tested Anti TPO and ANA.But daily my body and knee pains and less energy, not willing to concentrate and properly work in office.When I take gabapin nt 100 before sleep then next day, I am okay with full energy.Let me know suggestions what the treatment need to do for this rheumatoid arthritis and get full energy back?

Sir, My uric acid level was 7.9 sometime I had experienced gout attack , my local dr  advice me to take febuxoxtat 80 mg . I have been taking this medicine for one months, now my uric acid level reduce to 3.2 .then ,  My dr suggest me to take 40 mg .  My question is that should I take febuxoxtat 40 mg even though I have low uric acid level.  please advice.

I am 39 M suffering from joint paints in hand fingers and ankle and elbow from 2 month.. Met with Dr he has given the table of Acefolne for 5 days and HCQS 200 For 1 month also the calcium table.. but after stopping the Acefolne pain once again started swelling unable to walk In Medical Test RA Factor is +.. ESR 30mm/hr uric acid is normal limits

HLA B27 Positive, crp-18, esr -40... The PET SCAN report says no inflammation. I had multiple surgeries previously. Currently the PET-SCAN report says mild fracture above my ankle fusion. But I am having pain in my joints all over my body. No doctor is prescribing me medicine except painkiller nor guiding me why I am having such pain on my joints and there is no inflammation. Can anyone guide me please then why am I having joint pains?

Hello, I am a 25 year old girl. I got swelling in my left knee along with fever  when I was in 9 th standard but it got resolved soon . Then I got again swelling in the same knee in 12 th class , I went through x ray , joint aspiration but everything was normal . The situation gets resolved in 3 months then it again appears in my right knee after my graduation. I took ayurveda treatment this time and it got resolved within a month. I am getting swelling in one knee every 2-3 years as you can see in the pattern above . It gets resolved within a month or 3 months . I wanted to know what it is and how to get rid of it?. I have no problem with joints except this appearance of swelling.

If male 40 years  has ANA negetive Esr = 25 Crp= 12 Hb = 12.2 Symptoms:- -Multipel joint pain without swelling - morning stiffness - muscle pain - fatigue - ankel pain , hip joint pain Nevk pain , shoulder pain Family history :- RA Can it be seronegetive arthritis even if ana is negetive ?
