Uric acid of 8.86.  Knee pain but has arthritis. No swelling. Does this need treatment? If yes for what duration. Also has prostate 33 cc for which started tamsulosin 0.4. Creatinine 1.49.

70 yrs, early cirrhosis, cause unknown. USG n fibroscan, liver abnormal.  Elevated liver function. Prediabetes. Hypertension. Arthritis. TSH 10. On diabetes med, thyronorm, & bp betablocker.  *Asymptomatic but has muscle pain.  *Uric acid 6.9. Low hb, mcv, mch. Normal ferritin. *ANA 3+ positive. *IgG 24.5 *AMA,LKM1, ASMA negative. 1) Does positive ANA mean underlying autoimmune condition? 2) Can this be any autoimmune condition OTHER THAN autoimmune hepatitis? 3)Which other autoimmune test or screening is suggested?

Hello Doctor, 🙏 I  did an ANA profile test a year ago and I would like your expert opinion. 🧪 ANA Report Summary: – Scl-70: Positive (+) Now, I have intense pain in feet and ankle veins extremes of leg below knee. It is not in bone pain is in veins and skin burning can't touch. I took deflacart 6mg, febuxstat 40 MG other painkillers. It's been a month and it is not working looks like it is a gout. I have uric acid 6.1 What exactly is it gout or scl? Pain is same no change even after taking medicines. I beg for help please.

I have been prescribed with Exemptia 40mg biologic injection to treat Seronegative Spondoloarthrtis by a rheumatologist. But I forgot to tell him that I have Grade 2 fatty liver and I also take a prescribed BP medicine named Arbitel Trio 25mg. Is exemptia safe in fatty liver and with High BP medicine.

I am a 38-year-old male. My mother (74 years) was diagnosed with myositis dermatitis 3 years ago, and my sister (36 years) was diagnosed with Takayasu arteritis 8 years ago. Given this family history of autoimmune conditions, should I consider undergoing preventive screening for autoimmune diseases? Right now i have no symptoms but L4-L5 herinared disc issue(May be not related to that). Are there specific tests or markers I should check in advance to either detect early signs or reduce the risk/intensity of such conditions in the future? Looking forward to expert advice. Thank you.
