70 yrs, early cirrhosis, cause unknown. USG n fibroscan, liver abnormal. Elevated liver function. Prediabetes. Hypertension. Arthritis. TSH 10. On diabetes med, thyronorm, & bp betablocker.
*Asymptomatic but has muscle pain.
*Uric acid 6.9. Low hb, mcv, mch. Normal ferritin.
*ANA 3+ positive.
*IgG 24.5
*AMA,LKM1, ASMA negative.
1) Does positive ANA mean underlying autoimmune condition?
2) Can this be any autoimmune condition OTHER THAN autoimmune hepatitis?
