Dear Drs. My wife had been diagnosed with ITP when she had carried our second baby. Her platelet count gets low when she has back pain. Her Haemoglobin used to be 10.6-11.5. When her platelets get low she used to have saviour back back and also nail colour change and looks like dirty nail. Sometimes I am scared that it cause any other disease due to low platelets count. She is on medication. Please guide me. Thank you in advance.

Reference range: 28-45) dRVVT(LA2): 47.9 (High. Reference range: 28-40) LA1/LA2 Ratio: 1.04 (Normal. Reference range: <1.3 normal, 1.3 to 1.4 - borderline, 1.5 to 1.8 - moderate, 1.8 to 2.5 -high) Impression: dRVVT confirm for lupus anticoagulant - negative Have attached the report. It seems LA1/LA2 ratio is normal but individual parameters LA1 and LA2 is high. Kindly advise on what this test results mean - Why LA1/LA2 ratio is normal but individual LA1 and LA2 parameters is high?

I am having wrist pain from last 10 days. I lifted weight 2 months ago and felt pain that time . But i got subsided but now from last 9/10 days suddenly feeling pain again. I went to ortho he took n xray n said ulnar tendinitis. But now my concerns is whenever i search it on google about wrist pain it shows related to arthritis. Can arthritis give you pain only in single wrist . There is no visible swelling and stiffness. I am really worried after searching on google . Please help if this could be because other reason or arthritis. Does arthritis swelling noticeable by eyes or it is just little swell ?
