My Wife age is 33 Her weight is suddenly drop by 10 KG. We understand 2-5 KG but 10 KG suddenly drop. She is not fasting or exercise in any way. She consistently eats all normal food. She spends her entire time at home (home maker). We done all blood test in Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital Mumbai i.e. PRE-POST BLOOD SUGAR, THYROID TEST (T3,T4,TSR), ESR, RENAL TEST, CBC, LIVER TEST, LIPID PROFILE all these reports are in normal range. I have SOME DOUBT in her Urine report. Would be please let me know what the next Blood test/Radiology test would be to determine which body organs have failed since her ANA report is POSITIVE. I have severe pain in small joints ( both hands and legs ). Taking Telma H and Amlodac 5 for hypertension. Physician told to check Uric Acid and is 8 mg/dL He said specific treatment for hyperuricemia is not needed since there is no Gout or Kidney stones. Will this elevation cause any issue other than joint pain. I am taking Dolo 650 but no much relief. Seeking valuable suggestion.

I am suffering with upper middle back pain just below neck area. Previously I didn't feel such pain. Though I didn't took any pain medicine but this pain is constant or moving little left right. Dear Drs. My wife had been diagnosed with ITP when she had carried our second baby. Her platelet count gets low when she has back pain. Her Haemoglobin used to be 10.6-11.5. When her platelets get low she used to have saviour back back and also nail colour change and looks like dirty nail. Sometimes I am scared that it cause any other disease due to low platelets count. She is on medication. Please guide me. Thank you in advance.
