I don't see the purpose of living.. Trying way harder to keep my negative thoughts aside my anxiety aside yet things bother me and think of taking a wrong step..

Not showing interest in any work,not getting sleep and thinking a lot of issues which he we're not satisfied

Whenever I apply to a certain job i get selected but I have a lot negative thoughts inside my mind like whether I can do that job or not or I will fail in that job. Because of this my body shivers completely and I have lost many jobs due to this. Now because of this I am jobless and in quite depression. Plz help me.

Suffering mental illness since last 15 years. Can it be cured by self will power. Does doctor help is mandatory

Hi My sister is diagnosed with borderline personality disorder.This lockdown time is making her coping mechanism weak..she gets disturbed with restrictions on moving around.Also she hates changes like someone visting us or any of the family member leaving the house & coming back very frequently.She has sleep disturbances & mood changes from very happy to highly depressed in a matter of few minutez.plz suggest hiw can I help?
