Respected doctors I decided not to marry but my parents forcing me is not getting married curse for society

I am really shy person. I feel uncomfortable in my office any social gatherings. I don't know how should I approach or start talk talk with people what should I do I feel awkward in public areas

I have been diagnosed with IBS-C coupled with severe anxiety fir which I have been asked to tk opinion of a neuropyschiatrist. Any neuropsychiatrist here for counselling? Video counselling is needed

Is          there     any     medicine    so that I may not sleep at night because my exam is coming

I am going through something which I am not getting at all. It is not normal. I feel like crying alot. I am emotionally drained. Very drained. I feel at most anxiety.

Hello doctor I have health anxiety and I'm worried for every small thing..and it makes me unhealthy. I'm very worried about my life and career, and when I think about these il get intense pain in lower back of my head.also im consulting doctors from last 6 months.. donno way to do to reduce this and im not able to understand how to get rid of this problem. It is effecting my daily life..pls help me.

My mom doesn't wash her hands properly. She dislikes touching water. Her phone also remains dirty as many times while eating food she picks up call. Sometimes she ends up rubbing dirty hands on her clothes while cooking.. Due to all this I have been feeling distressed as I keep trying to avoid touching those things which she touches like taps, bottles, phone, door handles etc.. but problem is sometimes she touches me then I told her not to do so she becomes upset wid me but she fails to get my point Today she by mistake touched my shoulder and I have no other shirt to wear now hence my mind is triggered and feeling restless that my shirt is oily n impure now Plz help

Surrounded by insecurities, always try to fit among friends and doing things to be loved by friends . Always insecure of being replaced in others life.

1. If both husband and wife are educated and look wise also same how the life will be . Will there be no problems becoz society can't find any differences. 2. If wife high educated but husband is not educated this will ruin the life . Becoz of the ego and society treat the other person down 3. If the husband is educated and looking good and wife is not educated and not good looking society will not accept and treat the other person down How to handle the three different scenario which is safe . As per my opinion I would choose number 1 . But some say that's not correct and some say it is correct I am confused
