Hello dear I can understand what you might be going through.     You might be stressed that if you don't abide by your friends and loved ones and do what they say then they will leave you. You might be irritated by doing things according to them and not doing what you want. Don't worry, consult a good therapist or a psychologist as soon as possible. Everything will be alright. Take care. Stay happy and strong. You got this!!
