Prolonged tiredness and lack of energy such that small tasks require a lot of effort Increased appetite or cravings which may lead to weight gain Slowed thinking, speaking, or body movements. Difficulty thinking or concentrating, making decisions, and remembering things Procastination, overthinking, loss of memory, hard to study. All these problems are faced by me. Iam 26 yrs old student who motivated for 3-4 days and then after same low motivation and dedication.

Anger, negetive thinking

Hi, I gets angry on small things. If my husband does not do as per my expectations i will get angry and my think negetive about him. Immediately i will think of getting separated from him. I got married 2 years before. Me and my husband are totally opposit person. When i get angry i starts to cry cursing my husband and marriage. Am becoming emotionally weak day by day. I cant tolerate a small change in my husbands decision. I always feel insecured, lonely.

Psychological Councelling

It gets really difficult for me to open up to the therapist . After the therapy session I over analyse ever sentence I said and that makes me feel even more sad/embarassed/guilty/angry/etc . I've changed 5 therapists till now each after 2-3 sessions. Mental councelling is getting really frustrating for me now because to every new therapist I have to repeat the same things and then i again end up not continuing therapy. What should I do . Please help.
