What suppliments to take during lactation.Doctor asked to take only calcium and stop iron by 6 weeks

Doctors my last period started on 1st feb and lasted for 3-4 days. Till now my periods have not come although i do feel slight pre menstrual symptoms like body heat etc. i am 19 F , my bmi is good. I sit and study for 12-14 hours as i am preparing for medical enterance, previously i have had no delayed periods or thyroid or pcod or anything. Even now i do not have acne or excessive hairfall. Should i wait more? Is this abnormal? I have had a little cold and cough in between

I have been taking chirocyst.it works good for weight loss .. do I have to take this permanently ? Is there another medicine that is lifelong Also I suffer from depression and mood swings because of my pcod I think not sure if chirocyst helps for as I sometimes continue chirocyst 2 months n then there is a gap of 2 months from the last 1.5 years
