Is there a permanent medicine for pcod or pcos ? Which will help for all the symptoms specifically weight loose and hormonal issues

I have been taken chirocyst as recommended by the doctor I have noticed that I tend to control weight if I m taking 2 tablets per day . Is there a permanent lifelong medicine for pcod or it's a temporary one? I m very obese and have mood swings and depression kind of feelings to . I m not looking for fertility as I m not married . I just want to loose my weight my weight is 83kg in height of 158 cm

Hi doctor, On day 14 my right overy shows MSF and left overy shows 25*30 mm. Also ET shows 8mm. How to read this.

Dear Mam/Sir, I am unmarried of  age 27 have been detected of cervical polyp of size 1.6 cm.1 doctor has suggested hysteroscopic polypectomy wheras after showing it to 3 other doctors they have told that there is no need to it as cervical polyp at this age releases of its own during menopause.I have Pcos from last 1 year and the Cervical polyp has been detected now and for cervical polyp the Doctor has recommended Overal G medicine I am going to marry in 3 months.Will the cervical polyp impact my married life?Should I tell my fiance about It?What to do and what would you recommend?
