Can I take galact granules along with traditional ayurvedic medicine used for postpartum care like jeerakarishtam dashamoolaristam aiymodakadravyam.does it have side effects on baby?

I had my last period on 15th January. Skipped period in February. Checked on ican kit on 22nd February. It was positive. What should be my gestational age by 16th March. 4 weeks or 8 weeks?
