We have done a karyotype test recently and the test results for me is 46XY and for my wife is 46, XX 15ps+ Can you please explain what is the effect of this report? Is it normal? Please Advise

One of my known has unicornuate uterus...left side fully developed and right side non communicating... After hysteroscopy doctors says that cavity is very small... It will be difficult to conceive... But as a layman we always wants to question that if a normal uterus can bear 3-4 babies then why a small cavity uterus can't bear a single child? Egg development is ok...
