Pregnancy and Infertility

I am on letrozole 2.5 mg in this cycle and have taken 3 doses so far. Along with it I am taking humog 75 injection on day 2 , 4 and 6 out of which two doses are complete. I got 100.7 degree f fever today with dry cough. Also feeling very low on energy and acidity. Could it be due to side effect of these medicines? Can I take paracetamol or antibiotic along with letrozole or should stop letrozole?

Hello Doctor, I'm taking Folmet NM table from 4 months and still not getting conceived. What might be the reasons.

I got a D&C done in November , I didn't get my period for almost 1.5 months . The first time I got my period post that was just as before 4 days moderate flow. This time the flow is light and it just won't stop. It's been 7 days and it's still bleeding along with soreness and itchiness near the clitoris and the cervix. Please help what's wrong ?

Taking dienogest 2 mg for last 10 months for endometriotic cyst. Now for last 10 days i got continuous periods for 6 days, 2 days spotting and again 2 days Some amount of brown blood is discharge. What causes it?
