Clomid+ letrozole followed by inj. hcg 10000 15dpo i am having pain in both ankles, lower abdomen pain while sitting, feverish feeling from last 8-10 days and fatigue. 2 days left for the period date. but all these symptoms are from 8-10 days.

I got period on feb 28th but there is no bleeding ,like only spotting and i'm still getting spotting..it's been 16 days now ..spotting instead of period

I had c section 4 months before. I exclusively breastfeed my baby. Since last 2 months I am suffering from mid back pain. The pain happens only when I lie down on my back for long like at night. Also , I feel pain in knees if I sit in squatt position for 10 min or more for some work, then I have to get up. What is the reason? I still take calcium supplements as prescribed by doctor postpartum.
