Hi Doc,
I am 34 years old and married. from last one year I am getting low grade fever while on menstruation and unbearable pain.Is there anything to worry about because I never had fever during my period but since one year It is there every time.

mild fever may be due to prostaglandins released during menstruation..but to rupe out other cause of fever get a fever profile done
