Utrine fibroid
Uterus Measures 9.2 x 5.6 x 4.0 cm, shows multiple enlarged heterogenously hypoechoic SOLS with intramural and subserosal component, largest of size 37 x 27 mim in posterior wall with more than 50 % subserosal component towards left lateral aspect, another measuring 19 x 10 mm adjacent to it. Multiple small intramural fibroids are noted in anterior and posterior uterine wall of size ranging from 5-10 mm. Endometrial (echo complex centrally placed No evidence of any free fluid seen in cul- de-sac. Endometrial Thickness-6.7 mm Adnexa BA ovaries and acnexa are normal. Right ovary measures 3.5 x 2.8 cm. Left avary measures 3.1 x 1.7 cm. Both ovanes shows multiple varying size follicles. IMP: Fatty liver grade 1 Multiple intramural and subserosal uterine fibroids as described above. ADV: Clinical correlation

Instead of writing such a long story it would have been better if you had gone to a Gynaecologist in your area along with the sonography report. Please appreciate that the treatment for most of the diseases(including Fibroids)  is customised as per the needs of the patient . It is not a single treatment which can be given to every patient just on her symptoms or sonography report.

U need to visit a gynecologist and get yourself examined. U have multiple fibroids. Your management will depend on various factors.
