Pregnancy and Infertility

I had c section 4 months before. I exclusively breastfeed my baby. Since last 2 months I am suffering from mid back pain. The pain happens only when I lie down on my back for long like at night. Once I get up, I am fine. Also When I bend on my knees and get up after 5-10 min, I feel pain. Also , I feel pain in knees if I sit in squatt position for 10 min or more for some work, then I have to get up. What is the reason? I still take calcium supplements as prescribed by doctor postpartum.

Can this be a prolonged condition? How can we correct it naturally without medications. What will be the superfoods to include in everyday diet or tips to balance the hormones ?

I have traditional function at my house i want my period to come early, which medicine should i take? I want to extend my period by 9 days. Kindly suggest.

Can I consume alcohol while on Regesterone and livogen Z medication? It has been prescribed to me yesterday and I want to consume alcohol next week

I am 27 years old and have been facing from pcos from last 6 months  and now sonography has detected a cervical polyp of size 1.6 cm.My doctors are telling me to not remove it I am unmarried and It can be treated by medicines and can also go by its own. What would you recommend as I am planning to marry after 3 months?

My previous cycle was delayed my normal cycle range is about 30-35 days maximum in pervious cycle I had waited till 36 days and taken noresterione for my period to come and got period on 44th day of cycle. So if I had to count my cycle my cycle range would be from 30-36 days Or 30-44 days please explain.
