Hello I was suggested to take raricap as my period flow was low.I took it for two months and took folinext with it but i read recently that raricap has folic acid too.Should i discontinue folinext

Raricap is just Iron and Folic acid.  In your case it can only have a placebo effect.

Yes can discontinue.raricap contains less amount of folic acid. Are u trying to conceive???if yes then continue folinext. raricap is iron supplement,it will not increase your period flow. U can consult for further details and advice

Raricap is an iron supplement Will not help u increase the flow!! Get ur Thyroid levels checked Exercise if ur overweight As these are important reasons fr a scanty flow
