Pregnancy and Infertility

Have done IVF FET on 13.02.2023 after 15 days Beta HCG result positive with value 77 (3rd Mar) and second time Beta HCg is 232 (9th Mar). Doctor suggested to go for USG abdomen screening where 3 tiny foci similar to gestational sac noted within the endometrial cavity but doctor said chances are only 50 % or may lead to miscarriage please suggest

Hi , I have pcod and I haven't received my period in the last 7 months. I can take Medroxyprogesterone to get a regular period . If yes then how should I take this ?

Upper portion of my left chest is swollen and is tighter than the right chest. Pain occurs on left chest specially in the morning when I wake up . Sometimes I do have breathing problems. The pain occurs like something hurting me by a knife from inside. Cough comes out very often from my mouth often but not dry cough.

Hi, i have been using divery 10mg and esfino DSR capsule from 6th March. I missed my medicine time and i took medicine 2hrs late i am in devotional place i shouldn't get the period now. Will there be any problem if i took medicine 2hrs late.

I have been taking high dose Thyronorm 200 mcg for more than 3 years (started with 225mcg and reduce to 200mcg several months ago). The recent tsh level shows 0.060 (attached the report). Can doctos pls suggest if there will be any change in current dosage?.

Hello Doctors, I'm 29 years old  working female , planning for baby and I have already diagnosed with PCOS .now My organisation is planning night shift  for female , but I'm afraid that will it  impact on  fertility ? and will it worse my PCOS?
