Pregnancy and Infertility

My NT scan result shows 3.1mm. Double marker test shows T21 - 1:30 High risk T18 - 1:11000 Low risk T13 - 1:200 Low risk Internet says below 3.5mm NT value is normal. I feel double marker test result is just dependent on the NT value. How accurate is the double marker test. Our family struck up in unnecessary thoughts. I have attached the reports. Please suggest for the possibility of having a healthy baby.

How many days should take to confirm pragnancy? Could you please share detailed information to check?

I m having pcod , overweight ,1 failed iui ,anovulation ,this month on day 27 i had brown discharge following which i didn't get periods. Period is already 4 days late. Irregular period .but first time had a brown discharge .haven't had brown discharge earlier ..it myt be just 4-5 hours before period maximum .what should I do? Not much brown discharge .just once when i wiped i had it.

I did not get my periods in my Previous Cycle and took dose of Primolut-N to get it. It has been 48 days since my previous cycle, should I consume another dose of Primolut ?

Hello Doc, i had 3 follicles, of which one ruptured and i got iui done approx 40 hours post that, i still have 2 big follicles 16.5 & 23. Is there any chance they could rupture? Pls advise.

What are the reason of scanty periods I am having it from last month. I got tested on 4th day of menses last time reports indicates an ovarian cyst of 24×27 mm fatty liver of grade 1 and slightly higher prolactin and normal thyroid levels. Doctor told me not to worry and concentrate on improving diet and exercise. This month also the issue is same with today being the first day in last month I got it on 6th. And this is something unusual for me as till the month of Jan23 I have not encountered any such issue and my cycle is always of 7 days including the last month as well.

I had medical abortion(on doctor observation) 1 year back, Now from last 6 months my period cycle is getting increased.On jan 9 th 2023 I got my period after 40 days and now march 11 th I got my next period after almost 50 days..Its keep on increasing..Please let me know what can be the reason..Do anything serious about it.
