Pregnancy and Infertility

I have been diagnosed with pcod so I started with the first cycle of overal-G which got completed on 14th March and i got my periods on 19th March since then i have been taking krimson 35 daily. The bleeding stopped on the 4th day i.e Wednesday but since yesterday I have been spotting. Why is this happening? And after how many days will this stop?

My last period was 26/02/2023, for just 29days after menses (today 25/03/2023) i got positive on upt kit (preganews). 1. when i have to consult doctor. When we get to know its healthy pregnecy 2. When the first scan will be done?

Hi Doctor, I am trying to conceive since Dec 2022 and not yet been successful. I have done basic blood test and everything looks good except VITAMIN D , which I have started taking as per doctors recommendation. What could be the reason for me not to conceive and what could I plan better to conceive sooner. Please advise.
