Wanted to know what TL plus refers to

Attaching my report. Wanted to know what Uterus TL+ refers to in the ultrasound scan? Did a regular ultrasound as my physician had asked me to as I've been suffering from long Covid symptoms. During the scan, the lab tech said I seem to have lesser follicules in my ovaries but that may be cause I was in the middle of my cycle. Wanted to know what Uterus TL plus refers to.. and if it's anything to worry about..

MEDICATION TO DELAY PERIODS

My wife said she is expecting her periods on April 1st. Since, she wants to visit a couple of temples around that time, the doctor at the Govt Primary Health Centre has given a contraceptive pill to delay the periods. It contains LEVONORGESTREL & ETHINYLOESTRADIOL with FERROUS FUMARATE. Is it safe to have this medication?

Free question forum

There is a 'ask a free question' option available on Practo. I'm sure all the doctors signed up here know and have consented to the feature. Despite this, there are a few doctors who respond with ' consult online' or ' connect please' for simple questions asked. I've gone through 100s of such questions and answers where pretty much the same gynaec doctors respond asking us for a paid consult. I understand that sometimes, on a case to case basis, it might be needed to understand the patients history better to answer more accurately- I'm not talking about those questions at all. There are so many doctors here who genuinely respond very nicely to questions posted whereas a select few ask us to pay constantly even if other doctors have answered in a relevant manner. Do these doctors know that Practo allows us to flag answers where the doctors ask us to pay or consult? If you as a doctor will only answer if paid, then you can always opt out from responding in the free question section
