After blood test and ultrasound doctor prescribed regesterone
I started bleeding in between doses and bleed for 7 days

Your next cycle will be mostly after 28-30 days of this present cycle if it was only the stress causing delayed periods this cycle. Otherwise u will need investigations to find reason for irregular periods and treatment accordingly
