Negative Ultrasound but missed period
I have 40 day regular period cycle. I missed my period this time , I was frequently urinating and was experiencing back pain & cramps. My hcg test was Negative, sudden rise in TSH and blood sugar. My ultrasound was Negative and have a tilted utreus , so my doc advised me to take Dubagest. Just in case if have a late ovulation, will I get aborted if I consume Dubagest

No role of dubagest at this stage especially pre donceptionally although it won't harm the pregnancy if it happens but it's quite unnecessary if u ask me.
