Late period, negative pregnancy test

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I'm 5 days late from getting my period, I have never been more than 1 day late, I have been getting a few signs from early pregnancy but I wasn't sure, I took 3 pregnancy tests all on different days, however they where all negative. I am 18, what's going on?
