Periods came before the due date.
I'm unmarried. I've been following a good lifestyle, no junk food for the past 5.5 yrs. I wake up on time & sleep on time. For the past 8 yrs I never had issue related to my periods but last month my periods came 3-4 days prior to the due date and this time it came 4-5 days prior to the due date. So, getting your periods around 5 days before the due date is a matter of worry? But I do have anxiety issues(moderate) and I have been getting tensed, nervous from past few days for some reason but not all the time. So does anxiety affects ones periods?

Yes ..stress can affect menses .4-5 days delay in menses is quite normal if you are going through stress related anxiety. But if it is related heavy menses then you should consult gynacologist. Treat your cause of anxiety n work on it ..
