Hello doctor jan 18th i am delivered upto feb 18th i have been bleeded march 18th i got period after delivery getting period within month is fine?? is that normal?? or anything worried??

Have got problem due to above medicine in IVF treatment. Last month try for IVF from Indra ivf centre Ranchi but failed after expending a huge amount of Rs. 2.5 lakh.
