Hello i m facing stomach cramps during taking mtp medicine can i take ibrufen as i have taken the 2 dose of mtp kit

History : Menorrhagia. Uterus : Size : 85 x 49 x 40 mm. Normal in size, shape and shows multiple intramural fibroids (atleast 4 in number) involving fundus, anterior and posterior myometrium, largest measuring ~ 10 x 10 mm in the posterior myometrium. An ill defined heteroechoic lesion with streaky shadowing seen in anterior myometrium, measures ~ 14 x 11mm. Endometrium thickened and measures : 20.2 mm. Ovaries : Right ovary : 31 x 25 mm ; Left ovary : 24 x 13 mm Both ovaries are normal in size, shape and echotexture. Right ovary shows a simple follicular cyst measures ~ 21 x 19 mm. No free fluid in Pouch of Douglas. Impression : * MULTIPLE INTRAMURAL FIBROIDS OF UTERUS. * AN ILL DEFINED HETEROECHOIC AREA IN THE UTERUS AS DESCRIBED ABOVE - COULD REPRESENT FOCAL ADENOMYOSIS. * THICKENED ENDOMETRIUM. - FOR CLINICAL / LAB DATA CORRELATION / FURTHER EVALUATION WITH MRI PELVIS. Can you pls advice.

I am 35 year old. My follicular at Day 11 shows follicle of 18mm in right ovary and 17.4mm in left ovary with endometrium of 7mm. I have attached picture of my follicular scan. Anything that I should be concerned about? Anything I need to take special care of? Is this follicular report good?

What should be the ideal follicular reoort at day 11, why should be the size of follicles and ideal endometrium at day 11? Is having follicles growing in both ovaries at day 11 good or bad?

Today is the 3rd of embryo transfer.. Doctor told may face constipation but instead I am passing loose tools...in the morning it was a smooth pass out but now in the night it was loose motion immediately after dinner...had leafy vegetables

I have done my ultrasound and it is normal no lump,no cyst,no lesion everything is normal and i also done thyroid and prolactin test it is also normal but my left areola swell sometimes and after I press it got normal and sometimes later it swell sometimes pain and sometimes not what is the reason please answer i am very tensed i consult almost 3 doctor but i don't found any reason

I had a 5th week miscarriage last month 26th.initially I wasn't bleeding so 2 times had to take misoprostal(orally ,intra vaginally) both.. I was spotting 2days ago also.my beta HCG is 76.I did test 20th May.one doctor asked me to do D& C..another doctor told me no need..But my question is Do I need D & C or beta HCG will come to normal naturally.right now I am not spotting.kindly suggest.As I am planning for baby.

Hello I have consumed alcohol (330ml - beer) while duoluton L has been prescribed to me. I do not want to miss a dose. It's been 4 hours already since I have consumed alcohol. Please let me know about the minimum time between the consumption of alcohol and the tablet. Also let me know if I can consume painkiller for my toothache.
