Baby 22m old is complaining of itchin at vulva... Please suggest... No discharge or anything. Only wears diaper at night.

On first usg Both ovaries are visualised and just bulky in size. Few tiny complex cystic foci in both ovaries with largest measuring 1.2 x 1.0 cm in left ovary, no septa / nodule / calcification. Bilateral paraovarian, intraovarian & along POD adhesion seen. Right ovary - 3.41 × 2.3 cm &Left ovary - 2.9 x 2.6 cm. After taking dienogest for 3 months went for another usg - Both ovaries are mildly bulky. Few ill-defined hypochoic focal areas in both ovaries with paraovarian adhesion. Adhesion along the POD & deep pelvic space. Left ovary in POD. Few follicles in either ovaries. Right ovary - 3.9 x 2.5 x 3.3 cm. vol = 17.3 cc. & Left ovary - 3.0 x 2.2 x 3.1 cm. vol = 10.9 cc. Has the cyst size increased? Please don't ask for connect. I am really tensed. I am continuing dienogest for more 3 months.

Hi...I'm in 38 week of pragnancy. As per altrasound my delivery date is 14 June 2023 however as per doctor consultation it is around 5 June 2023. My baby is still in breech position from last 6-7 week. I still do not have pragnancy contraction. My question is that should I wait or go for normal delivery or we can go for seizerian in 2-3 days.

I used to have 4 to 7 day period earlier. Now, this has reduced to three days. The flow isn't much and mostly I don't even bleed or bleed minutely on the 3rd day. I also got my thyroid tests done they are normal. I want to know if my condition is concerning or is it normal.

My doc asked me to take esmyl syrup for less flow during periods. How should I take it? Should I take it every day or just during periods? And how many spoons a day should I take it?

I had IUI today my egg was not ruptured and after IUI I had urinated because bladder was full. Does it cause problem.
