2 months back i had normal delivery and the very next day I got my tubectomy operation done. I got my stitches just below the navel. Can I do kapalbhati yoga

I was recently diagnosed with unilateral chocolate cyst of size 5cm and i started taking dinogest since exactly 2 WEEKS ago.  Since 2 days i have upper abdomen pain and this pain increases after having food. Feeling bloated too near upper abdomen. Is this side effect of dinogest or it is unrelated to dinogest? (I have not eaten any outside food since a long time, i eat home food only. )

I am noticing this since 4 months that before the onset of my periods, my leg pains. Sometimes it happens with the right leg and sometimes with the left. Once periods come, the pain disappears but I want to know why does it happens. Is it showing any kind of deficiency in my body?

Hi dr, I gave birth to a baby 12 weeks ago via c sec. Post that I had lochia for about 4 wks and then spotting for a week ( brown to yellow). At 6 weeks, I had again a reddish brown bleed for 4-5 days ( medium to less flow and changed color from red to maroon to brown) then nothing for a week and only yellowish white discharge, then again at 8 weeks bled for 3-4 days ( started with maroon Nd ended with brown Nd flow was medium to less) , same period like thing at 10 wk and again at 12 wk. I got ultrasound pelvis done and it was all clear at 8+ wks. What could be the reason for such irregular bleeding?. I am mostly breastfeeding baby with once or twice formula daily. Attaching the scan pic as well. I am really upset as it is interfering with my daily life now .

Plz check my usg abdomen scan and tell me please what share the finding ? I am worried anything serious?
