Enlarged Rigth ovary
Today I went for a USG.The report says "Right ovary enlarged in size and shows a smooth thin wall enlarged cyst of size approx 4.6x3.7x3.3 cm----Functional cyst". I have abdominal pain. Do i need any medicine for the cyst. Is the cyst is too large?? I have attached the report. Doctor gave. Dronis 30 pill and Ovatune for 6 months. Will this medicine work?

Functional cyst does not require any treatment
you can repeat an ultrasound on day 2 of the periods to reassess the size
yes oral contraceptive pills are used to take care of ovarian cyst
