Is it okay to climb stairs 3 times a day after 1 month of c-section ? As I live in two storey house it is hard to avoid stairs for too long.

I am 32 yr old, trying to conceive since 6 mths, all reports are normal of husband,even my amh is good, n hsg test is normal, gynac suggesting iui , I am not sure about this, can ayurveda help me in such situation or should I give a try to iui

I am in my 4th month and travelled by car in bangalore road having pit hole and bumps, though we slower down on bums but i am worried about how my baby is doing in womb. How can i confirm if everything is fine or not.

I am unmarried had long periods with light bleeding from 13 june to 4 july, took pause MF tablet initially it did not stopped. But after sometime it stopped for 1,2 weeks. Then now again started having light bleeding or spotting again after doing any heavy work or from urine bladder pressure from more then 2 weeks. Started taking Deviry 10mg as prescribed by one of the doctor,its been one day still having light bleeding but It does not happens whole day and other reports are normal like thyroid and ultrasound (pcod). I m little worried what could be the reason? Please help how to stop this bleeding and get this problem resolved.

My periods started on 4th and ended on 8th of this month. Everything was normal. But today I'm experiencing period like pain in lower abdomen, lower back and also in left side thigh. And also light discharge of blood.

I was subscribed Regestrone tablet to take thrice daily for 3 days. I missed my second last dose. What should i do? Should i take it after the usual last dose? Or should i let it be.

Can one take tab meprate (for short time like 2 tabs for 5days only) and tab isotroin 20mg together??

My prolactin came out to be 115 mg, so how to decrease the same? I have irregular periods due to that. Height- 5'4, weight -54 (normal) , does exercise everyday and eat healthy

My T3 total is 67.01 And T4 is 7.25 and TSH is 2.142 Please tell me if I have thyroid because I wanted to kno as I took the thyroid test

My HSG test came normal on my 7th day of cycle and I am on antibiotics just to be on safer side. Should we keep on trying to conceive in the same cycle? Today's 10th day of cycle and Ovulation test is still negative. Rest of the tests came normal so far. Plz suggest
