Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi! I've 2.5 months baby. I'm exclusively breastfeeding mother. Today I got my periods. Is this a problem? Will this effect breast milk? Please help me out as I'm very worried . Will my milk supply go down ?

I have taken fertility treatment this cycle with fsh injections (stimufol 75iu) on day fifteen my dominant follicle was 20mm, so my doctor gave me HCG 5000 injection, throughout all the scans of follicular study I had minimal free fluid in pod, but on day 19 when I took a scan again I had a report which said that I have 27*29 follicle and free fluid in pod, my doctor told me ovulation has happened, I still want to confirm, is it a corpus leteum cyst? Ovulation has occurred?

Today I have checked my fsh and lh, fsh is 9 and lh is 21 ..I checked with one of my doc she suggest me a yamini. I am little bit confused do I need to take that this month.. I am trying to conceive from last 1 year i have pcos ..my Amh is also high10.04 ..kindly plz suggest.. should I take yamini contraceptive pills this month or not..

Is it safe to take NOCOLD tablets while breastfeeding? My exclusively breastfed baby is 5 months old and I'm having cold. Taking one tablet each night will be enough?

Dear doctors, I have moderate to heavy bleeding on the 2nd and 3rd day of periods. My periods lasts for around 4 days. During the heavy bleeding time and after the period ends, I feel extreme weakness. Don't feel like even getting up from bed, and doing daily activities. Always feel sleepy and tired Please help.

Hello sir/mam., Since last 6-7 months , I feel fatigue in very high, heart and head palpitations.and in periods heavy loss of blood. I have shown many doctors they give me iron supplements and multivitamin most of the time. But still there is no improvement in my health. I have checked CBC report my haemoglobin is 10.6 GM/dl on the date 14-08-2023. And gradually day by day my healthy is getting weak weight is getting loss.. even I'm taking proper nutrition but still no improvement.. please help me

I'm delivered baby on 26th of May by c section and had bleeding for almost 1.5 months. Today I had bleeding again and it's like period bleeding. I'm full time breastfeeding. Can it be periods or postpartum bleeding .
