I have 27 days of period. Periods are regular.But i have period cramps. But from last 2 period cycle, i am getting brown blood flow, its not completely red its sometime brown color. Why its like that? What is the issue.

I have a regular mensural cycle. my last period date was 3rd august 2023, according to app this is my ovulation period but, i have light bleeding yesterday and today. is it anything to worry about?

Hello doctor, I am 30 yr old. Trying to conceive from last 8 months. My lh,FSH, prolactin reports are normal.AMH is high. I was on letrozole in last 2 cycle.There were 2 & 3 eggs but not succeed in conceiving. I am out of station so unable to contact my gynae.
