Hi doctor, Am trying to convince... So from 1 month  I started 1 hour walking and 1 hour yoga exercises everyday morning 5 to 7am Am seeing spotting every day in my panty form past  20 days ... May I know is this spotting because of hard stretch I do in yoga or any other reason? Please advise.

I have completed my period for 15  days in previous month and after 3 weeks I got my period again with heavy bleeding. Can you suggest any remedy to reduce this bleeding? Thank you

I have been taking Deviry 10mg tablet every day morning and night from past one week to stop intra menstrual bleeding. I have not missed any dose. But my timings of taking medicine varied by 1 or 2 hours everyday. For example yesterday I took it at 9 pm but today I took it 10 pm. Is this a problem? As today I am once again noticing abnormal bleeding.

Had an iugr baby 3.5 months back through lscs. How do I know that my breast milk is reducing or insufficient for the baby.?

Hey doctor I hope you'll be able to guide me with this problem. From the past 2 days I have pain in right side of my labia minora it's kind of sticky at times and the pain is still there I've tried to put ice gel on it where the pain subsequent subsides but comes back in an hr or so. I'm quite worried about what has suddenly happened.kindly help me figure out the same and suggest any medication to be back to normal. Thank you.

Dr., If I don't wash with scrub my public area daily, will my area turn black and pigmented? I am a fair skin person but my public area is black , though not a harm, I am comfortable in my skin but what to do. I know genitals are generally dark brown only Thanks

I delivered my first baby around 36-37weeks naturally. Will my second baby be born on same weeks or can be late too ? Or in due date too

All fetal long bones are visualised and are normal in 17 th week scan .. it means hands and legs are normal??
