Hi, I am a single mom & lost my job 3 months back. I have gained 23 kgs in past 1year. Also last 3-4 months i am having constant headaches, mood swings, feeling hot suddenly, feel sleepy all the time & dont feel like doung anything productive. I get my periods on time but hardly any flow also its very painful. Is this due to menopause or stress? If menopaue pls suggest what should i do.

Hi Dr I was asked to take orgalutron 1 ampule for 4 days and then 225 units of menopur for 4 days. On 5th day (today) my follicle size was 1 cm approx. I am asked to increase dosage to 300 units of menopur and no other injection till day 6th, as I have another visit and cycle monitoring on day 7 morning. My question is since I am not given a suppression (antagonist) along with menopur(lh & FSH), is there a risk by my normal cycle I might release eggs from ovaries??
